Same great HIIT30 class - more modifications, more rest time
Service Description
Our same great HIIT30 that you love with extra focus on modifications and a little more rest time. The modified moves in this class are great for beginners, those with injuries, or if you're wanting to workout but need a rest day. Our coaches give you more in-depth demos at the beginning of class, honing in on modifications of some of the harder moves. The rest time will also be a bit longer. For example, instead of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, there will be 15 seconds of rest. Please note that because of our extra modifications and rest times this class can run up to 5+ minutes over the allotted 30 minute times. We do this to ensure the safety of those taking our LIIT classes. We are still offering the more intense version of all moves during these classes, and you are always welcome to work as hard as you would like, so if you join us for a 9:30 am class and want our traditional HIIT class, hit it!
